I recently had a new water heater and toilet installed and every technician involved did a clean, professional job getting them installed, and had fun personalities as we chatted. The whole process was simple! I did take 1 star off my rating because it's pretty hard to setup an appointment with TNT sometimes. They appear to use a call service that mediates service requests and forwards them on. In the course of getting these repaired, I had about 3 times where I called, talked to someone with the call service saying I would be contacted soon after setting things up with them, and after several business days, never received calls back to finalize an appointment, which was a little frustrating especially because contractors can be booked out too far to take care of more urgent repairs. I've found using Yelp to message them, or contacting them strictly within business hours to be a more sure way to get something scheduled.

Bought a new home and the builder did not install an A.C. Summer caught us by surprise and before we knew it our house was in the 80’s. Tnt sent Tyler Penley out on a Saturday and got me up and running by the afternoon. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable, professional and just a pleasure to work with. I didn’t feel pressured for more business and actually felt like I mattered as a customer. Tyler and TNT will be my only call for all things HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

Fast, efficient, and answered all my questions. We are pleased with their service.
