We had an early morning emergency, a water leak and a failed sump pump. TNT came right over and helped us until everything was working. Will definitely be using them in the future.

They connected us with a restoration company to dry out the impacted space. They were the consummate professionals and delivered great customer service.

I can't say enough great things about TNT and especially Tyler, our amazing technician who went above and beyond to help us get a new water heater. We live in Louisville and were impacted by the Marshall Fire. Our water heater never came back to life after the gas was shut off. Tyler was extremely helpful in explaining pros and cons of tank and tankless systems. While other plumbers were content to do a "quick fix" and just quote a tank system, Tyler gave us estimates for both. Based on our situation and his thorough explanation, we went tankless and couldn't be happier. We were also "negotiating" with our insurance company because of the fire. Tyler spent the extra time to do a thorough inspection and made himself available to answer their questions. As a result, our insurance company granted our claim and Tyler saved us more than $3,000! Throughout the process, Tyler was extremely responsive and Christy followed up with us every step of the way to make sure we were satisfied. Tyler also inspected our furnace and changed the filter while he was here...a super bonus that comes with the club membership. Long story but worth the text to let everyone know how highly we think of Tyler and TNT. They definitely stand behind their core values of honesty, integrity, and quality. I know if we ever need a plumber or electrician, we're calling TNT!
