Overall very pleased with the service received. Had the technician for a quote over on Tuesday, installers on Wednesday, and icy cold house on Thursday! Install went excellent, and the technician installing the furnace outlet checked with me multiple times during the install. I am very satisfied with how well the outside outlet came out, after upgrading from an 80% to 96% furnace. Look forward to maintaining my new unit.

Shakir Naim was fantastic. He corrected some inadequate installation of a part previously installed and checked everything thoroughly. He gave me explanations I could understand and was one of the most pleasant people I have had to my home from TNT. I would prefer he perform all my inspections.
